Alex has recently had a beautiful baby boy and has asked me to help her lose the baby bulge and get back in shape. Alex will be following a diet i have done for her and a training regime to get her body to prestine shape. Progression photos will be added every couple of weeks
Jordan started training with me as he wants to build muscle and change his shape as he would love to compete so I have increased his weights changed how he trains and his strength has gone thru the roof. I know with hard work and the right diet he will make great improvements and hopefully compete at the end of the year
I've been training with Lynsey since I had my second son. Before this I used to go the gym but wasn't really sure how to change my routines to get the most out of my workouts. Anyway with a 2 year old and a baby I just couldn't find the time to get the gym so having Lynsey come to my house fitted great with my busy lifestyle. Training even just once a week really helped me shift the baby weight but even better was the fact that I became more toned than ever before. Lynsey is encouraging and varies the routines to get the most out of me which makes training fun yet exhausting as she pushes me past my comfort level. Ten weeks ago I gave birth to my daughter and just know that with Lynsey's fantastic support, structured training sessions and dietary advice I will shed my extra baby weight and get back into shape. If I tried to do it alone at the gym I wouldn't achieve the same results so for me Lynsey's input is invaluable. I'm looking forward to seeing the changes in my shape and size over the next few months as this time I'm not only doing one-to-one training sessions I'm going to be following a diet shes devised for me (which looks like I'm going to be eating more than usual - not like diets I've done in the past). It's going to be challenging and tough but with Lynsey's encouragement, attention and support I know she'll keep me motivated and focused.
