Well I have said goodbye to 2011 and what an exciting year it has been for me. Not only was I up on stage competing again, in the Toronto Pro Figure, but I also starred in my 1st feature film ‘ROSE’, in which I played the part of a Minder/Bodyguard. The film will be hitting the screens in the coming months. I was also very proud to have signed with my new sponsors Vyomax Nutrition and Muscle Talk and look forward to building a fantastic relationship with them in the coming months. Thanks guys.
Many opportunities have come my way already this year. January kicks off with me filming my 1st fitness DVD, which I am very excited about. I can’t give too much away at the moment, so watch this space. I have also been cast in two feature films, one being the comedy ‘Rough and Ready’, starring Mike Mitchell and Paul Monaghan. The other called ‘Funny or Die Trying’, where I play the role of a bodyguard. I have also just done an audition for a detective in a film so I will keep you all informed on how that goes, fingers crossed.
February starts with a bang, excuse the pun, not only will I be starring in the action packed feature film, ‘Call To Arms’, but I will also be makeup artist on set.
I am very excited about this because I initially trained as a makeup artist before entering the world of bodybuilding. Opportunities then were scarce for me in this field but doors seem to be opening up to me now. I am so excited at having the opportunity to be doing both makeup and acting in films. You could say it’s a dream come true.
I will be concentrating on my business ventures this year, I have a new competition tan coming out which I believe will be a hit on the stage it will accompany a line of tanning products to offer a wide range from day to stage tanning.
I will also be appearing at the expos too, 1st one being the body power in Birmingham i will be there on the Vyomax Nutrition stand, then further on in the year at the Grand Prix.
Yes i will be competing this year aswel i am looking at competing in the Nordic Pro in Finland in Sept. I like to keep myself busy so i will be taken part in a Spartan challenge this is a very intense obstacle course and i will be getting a huge team together so i will be looking for people to join me, i will be doin this and raising money for a few local charities who need help.
